Day 01

Welcome aboard Travelangers ‘The Spirit of Australia with Scenic New Zealand’ tour :
On arrival at Melbourne airport, you will be greeted by your friendly and experienced Travelangers Tour Manager/ Local Representative
outside the baggage hall. Proceed to hotel in Melbourne and then check in. You will get breakfast if your arrival at hotel before 1000 hrs. After a long flight you have some time at the hotel to relax and get rid of your jetlag. Enjoy Indian Lunch. Next we proceed to discover the breath taking landmarks and monuments of Melbourne on your city tour, which includes an orientation tour of the Royal Botanical Gardens, Town Hall, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, National Tennis centre, the 1956 Olympic venue, the Shrine of Remembrance, Bourke Street Mall and some beautifully restored Victorian houses. Enjoy a guided tour of the spectacular Melbourne Cricket Ground – one of Australia’s greatest assets. Tonight enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant in Melbourne

Day 02

After an early breakfast at the hotel, get set for a day tour to the Great Ocean Road. Enjoy the spectacular views over golden surf beaches, sheer cliff faces. Enjoy local lunch today. Drive along the coastline of Port Campbell National Park. The coastline with its twisted shapes of amazing rock formation, the famous ‘Twelve Apostles’ – huge stone pillars rising from the surf, the Loch Ard Gorge, will give a photographer some spectacular pictures. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant

Day 03

After breakfast we proceed to for airport to board your flight to Hobart. Tasmania’s capital and Australia’s second oldest city, Hobart offers a contrasting blend of heritage, scenery and culture, with world class activities and attractions nearby. – Upon arrival we will visit Mount Wellington – Easily accessible from Hobart, Glenorchy and other regional areas, this reserve connects the city to the bush, and the mountains to the waterways. Be prepared for all weather conditions and carry wet weather gear on longer walks. Conditions change quickly, and temperatures are regularly below zero on the Pinnacle. We shall visit the Pinnacle observation shelter for stunning views of the City of Hobart Next we return to Hobart City for lunch. We then take a City tour of Hobart covering Anglesea Barracks, Organ Pipes, Mt Wellington Summit, Sullivan’s Cove, Parliament House, Salamanca Place to soak up the atmosphere in Salamanca Place, where Hobart’s historic, creative and cultural heart beats. Also visit Princes Park, Battery Point etc Indian Dinner at a local Indian restaurant

Day 04

After an American breakfast at the hotel, today your day includes return guided bus tour, ferry crossing, 3 Hour Wilderness Cruise, morning tea, local lunch and sightseeing Make sure you dress warmly for the cruise – warm jackets, scarves, beanies and gloves are recommended. And don’t forget your camera.Cruise alongside some of Australia’s highest sea cliffs, beneath towering crags and drift up close to listen to the awesome ‘Breathing Rock’. Enter deep sea caves, pass through the narrow gap between the coast and ‘The Monument’ and feel the power of nature at the point where the Tasman Sea meets the might of the Southern Ocean
Join in the search for the abundant coastal wildlife such as seals, dolphins, migrating whales and sea birds. The highly trained interpretive guides love what they do – they work hard to ensure that the experience is fun, enjoyable, entertaining and informative The custom-built yellow boats are ideal for viewing the spectacular coastline and wildlife of Bruny Island. Day 05

Today after an American breakfast at the hotel, depart at around 0830 hrs towards Port Arthur
Heading south east from Hobart, enjoy the changing scenery passing Pirates Bay, Eaglehawk Neck and Norfolk Bay. Stop to take in the
dramatic sights of stunning natural rock features. On arrival at Port Arthur enjoy an introductory 40 minute guided walking tour to familiarise yourself with this expansive site before exploring at leisure. Enjoy a short harbour cruise passing the Isle of the Dead and get a feel for what it was like to arrive by boat at this desolate location.Departing Hobart view Government House, home to the governor of Tasmania Travel across the Tasman Bridge over the Derwent River, and into the Coal River Valley, an award winning wine producing area surrounding the historic town of Richmond (Oct – Apr).Enjoy an orientation drive through this quaint historic town with a short photo stop at the famous convict built Richmond Bridge (Oct to Apr). We continue onto the Tasman Peninsula, an area abound with natural bushland, native wildlife and amazing coastal scenery.Skirt Norfolk Bay on the Tasman Peninsula and Eaglehawk Neck- stunning rocky coastline and enroute see the Doo Town. Our stop in the Tasman National Park at Pristine Pirates Bay, will leave you in awe of the wonderful views, rugged coastline and striking rock formations. A great photo opportunity Arriving at Port Arthur we have approximately 5 hours to soak up the atmosphere of this World Heritage Site, visit the Interpretation Centre and follow the harrowing life of a convict and join a guided walking tour to learn about the many restored buildings and ruins. See the Penitentiary – a one time granary and flour mill, separate prison, Commandant’s House, church and then enjoy a cruise on Carnarvon Bay around the Isle of the Dead, then back to the Historic Site for free time to purchase your own lunch and explore at your own pace Enjoy a delicious dinner at a local Indian restaurant

Day 06

Onto Adelaide – The city famous for its al fresco eating culture and it is the centre of the Australian wine industry, with
some of the best food and drinks in the world: After an American breakfast at the hotel Flight to Adelaide. Cash out Lunch and Dinner at an Indian restaurant walking distance to your hotel. The day is free to enjoy the sights and sounds of this amazing city on your own

Day 07

Early breakfast, this morning we depart to visit the highlights of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination, Kangaroo Island. From Remarkable Rocks to playful fur seals, the local guides will take you to the Kangaroo Island’s natural highlights. This is simply the best 1 Day Kangaroo Island tour available by return ferry / cruise
Take a guided walk on the beach among a colony of rare and wild Australian sea lions with a National Parks Ranger Head to Vivonne Bay Bistro for a two-course lunch, followed by a visit to the Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary where you will see koalas relaxing in the trees Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalasandechidnas The tour of the park will take you to the rugged southern coastline for a walk on Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Flight to Sydney:

After breakfast at the hotel, we proceed on an exciting city tour of Sydney which includes highlights like the Darling Harbour, one of the world’s greatest waterfront destinations, experience a slice of the city’s history at the Rocks area, the busy CBD area, Hyde Park, the Harbour Bridge, Mrs. Macquaries Chair and the world renowned Bondi beach. We also take you on a guided tour of one the world’s most spectacular landmark – the Sydney Opera House. Experience this miracle of architecture and engineering. Enjoy Indian lunch at a local Indian Restaurant. Later take a journey through the world famous Sydney Aquarium and the wild life world. Visit the world famous Sydney tower Also experience the world of glamour, glitz, sport, politics and music when you visit the world famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum where you will see the life size wax statues of the famous personalities from all around the world. Day 10

Today you have your day at leisure at the most happening city of Australia.(Free Day) You can enjoy many adventures
in Sydney on your own or take an optional trip to the Blue Mountains OR Sydney Bridge climb:

After breakfast at the hotel, you have the opportunity to spend time at your own pace. You can shop at the classic Queen Victoria building – the most beautiful shopping centre in southern hemisphere on your own OR you can experience the spectacular blue-hazed beauty, dramatic cliffs and deep canyons of the Blue Mountains OR see the Sydney Harbour from above the most iconic bridge in the world – the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The fully guided climb takes you to the summit of this world famous bridge at 134 mtrs. As it is a free day Lunch will be on your own Tonight, get set for a lifetime experience on board the spectacular Showboat dinner cruise. Be captivated by the breath-taking scenery of Sydney by night as you sail through the shimmering Sydney Harbour with its mesmerizing panorama of bright city lights, Opera House and the famous Harbour Bridge. Day 11

On to Auckland – ” The city of Sails ”
On arrival proceed and check into your hotel. Day free to explore Auckland on your own. Tonight a delicious Indian dinner awaits you at a local Indian restaurant

Day 12

After breakfast proceed for an orientation Auckland city tour that includes highlights like Harbour Bridge and waterfront drive. Drive past the West Haven Marina, the War Memorial Museum and through the Parnell, onto Bastion Point amongst Auckland’s most expensive residential area and Waite Mata Harbour. Next enjoy a bird’s eye view of Auckland city from the Sky Tower observatory deck. After Indian lunch we proceed towards Rotorua. En route get set for fun as you proceed to Matamata to the Hobbiton Movie set, which was a significant location for the “Lord of the Rings” Movie Trilogy and “The Hobbit” film series. There are now 44 hobbit holes on view. Next check into the hotel. Tonight a delicious Indian dinner awaits you at a local restaurant

Day 13

After breakfast, proceed to Agrodome which will give you a chance to see through the eyes of a true New Zealand farmer. Witness the
Agrodome Sheep shearing Show an exciting and informative insight into the world of New Zealand agriculture, featuring 19 different breeds of sheeps, sheep shearing, cow milking, lamb feeding and dog demonstrations. Today get an experience of the farms on your farm tour Learn about the farming. Opportunity to take photos and hand feed the animals like Sheep, Cattle, Deer, Llamas and Alpacas. View the kiwi fruit orchard and olives groves, get a chance to taste kiwifruit juice and delicious sweet honey. Later enjoy a guided tour of Te Puia Thermal Reserve where you can wander around the bubbling mud pools and see the famous ‘Pohutu’ Geyser. Onto Auckland:

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to visit the Waitomo Glow-worm Caves in the lush Waikato region. Marvel at Mother Nature’s light display, as you glide silently through the starry wonderland caves of Glow-worm situated underground along the Waitomo River and gaze in silence at the myriad of glow worm lights that make up the Glow-worm Grotto. Enjoy this galaxy of tiny living lights, The Glow-worms that light your way. Enjoy Local Lunch today. Drive towards Auckland and check into your hotel

Day 15

Flight to Queenstown :
After breakfast at the hotel or boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport to board your flight to Queenstown, the adventure capital of New Zealand. On arrival, experience the famous Gondola ride to Bob’s peak, also a fast convenient access to the best views in the region, which is reputed to be the steepest lift in the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy lunch. Proceed to the historical small quaint town of Arrowtown. Next we visit A J Hacket Bungy Jump site at the Kawarau River. Optional Bungy Jump and Zipline activity available. Proceed to check in at the hotel. Tonight Indian dinner awaits you at a local restaurant

Day 16

After an early breakfast, depart from Queenstown and travel via Te Anau through the awe inspiring Homer Tunnel and the stunning
glacier-carved Eglington Valley, to arrive at Milford Sound and enjoy the unforgettable Milford Sound cruise, which sails right up to the mouth of the Tasman Sea (weather permitting). Enjoy lunch on board. Sail into the untouched paradise of Milford Sound and explore the natural wonders and history surrounding this deep fjord. Later tonight, enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 17

Day is completely free at leisure to explore many adventure activities in Queenstown:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Lunch Cash Out will be provided today. Queenstown is considered to be the adventure capital of the world. Hence the day is free to explore at your own pace or choose an optional activity. (Pre booking compulsory on all activities on Day 1 or Day 2 of the tour with the tour manager. Also all optional activities are weather permitting)

Day 18

After American breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Fox Township / Franz Josef, west coast. Enroute visit the Puzzling World at Wanaka, a unique attraction specializing in puzzling eccentricity. Offering the world’s first “modern-styled” Great Maze, incredible Illusion Rooms, and the most eccentric architecture and Oddities, this place is a photographer’s delight. Enroute we visit Mrs Jones Fruit Orchard. Enjoy lunch. Later drive to Glacier country of Fox Township / Franz Josef, west coast and view the glacier from the lookout point at a distance. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner

Day 19

Today after an American breakfast, you have a chance to opt for a Glacier Landing Helicopter ride (Weather permitting). Later travel to picturesque Hokitika. Visit Jade Boulder Gallery, Glass Blowing gallery. Enjoy lunch. Later continue descending the mountain ranges across Canterbury plains to the Garden City – Christchurch. Enjoy panoramic city tour that includes the beautiful Botanical gardens, re-constructed CBD and the new ‘cardboard’ Cathedral, drive past the Art Centre and the Canterbury Museum

Day 20

Fly back with pleasantmemories :
